The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) issued the Minister of Industry Regulation Number 30 Year 2020 regarding Industrial Estate Zonation Technical Criteria to increase the investment and regional development and economic growth. Currently, Indonesia has a total industrial land area of 611 hectares which can accommodate 121 industrial estates with approximately 50% of the total residing in Java and Bali islands.
