Millenium City the First Integrated City Development in Parung Panjang

Millennium city, a subsidiary of the Century Properties Group Inc launched the first integrated city scale development project in Parung Panjang. With land area reaching 1,388 hectares, this project allows for a holistic and sustainable development for the next 15 to 20 years. The first phase of the development on a total land area of 82 hectares is focused on the middle class segment with units offered at prices below Rp1 billion. Millennium City is planned to have three large size Central Business Districts (CBDs), reaching 20 to 50 hectares.
