May Inflation Recorded at 0.07%

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) recorded May 2020 inflation rate at 0.07%, the lowest since the Eid al Ftr in 1978. Inflation during Eid al Ftr is usually high as demand increases. Last year’s inflation was recorded at 0.55% significantly higher than in 2020.
