The Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) has confirmed that Citadel Group, a private company from Malaysia, will conduct its investment groundbreaking in Nusantara National Capital (IKN) next year. The Head of OIKN Head Basuki Hadimuljono, stated that the company will develop a residential area in IKN. With investment from Citadel Group, Malaysia becomes the second foreign investor, after Delonix Group from China, who conducted its groundbreaking in September 2024.
