PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) posted a positive performance in the first quarter of 2025 with Rp323 billion in marketing sales, representing 19.6% of its annual target of Rp1.65 trillion. Its main contributor came from the residential segment which contributed 67% of the total, shophouses with 33% contribution from projects including XYZ Livin and Cendana Spark - North.
