Despite the physical distancing (PSBB) has been eased out, the demand on industrial estates is estimated to be limited during the new normal due to limited activities. The demand is subject to Indonesia’s economic condition in the third and fourth quarter. According to the Indonesia Industrial Estates Association (HPI), they are showing commitment by closing the deal after conducting survey before the Covid-19 pandemic although investors delay from entering the industrial estate.
