Liberta Hotel Internasional (LHI) launched Liberta Digital Ecosystem (LDE), a digital platform which integrates the hotel system, SOP and employees Golden Rules, including the daily task operation and customer experiences to increase efficiency in operation and increase the hotel room sales, specifically for individual travelers and millennials market segments. The platform is free for all hotels within the LHI management. As of the end of 2021, 28 hotels will join the platform.
