Keppel Corporation, a Singaporean conglomerate, through Alpha Investment Partners Ltd to create an alliance with PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia and PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (MMLP) that focuses on the logistics warehouse sector in Indonesia with an initial investment fund target at US$200 million. In the establishment agreement, the company aims to acquire four logistics warehouse assets owned by Mega Manunggal in the Greater Jakarta Area as its first portfolio of the new company.
