PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) is confident in achieving its aim to achieve higher growth of industrial land sales of 15% to 20% range from last year’s achievement. As of May 2025, the new contracts have reached 35% from the annual target. KIJA’s sales and revenue from services increased by 87.10% annually (yoy) from Rp689.96 billion to Rp1.29 trillion in March 2025. KIJA’s sales of industrial land plots were driven by the relocation of foreign companies, including from China, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea attracted by the concept of “green industrial city.”
