PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. through PT Jasamarga Related Business (JMRB) develops the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project in collaboration with PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta (ITJ). The project will comprise a hotel, a retail, an auditorium and a medical center. In addition to the TOD TMII, PT JMRB is also assigned to develop the JORR Toll TCD, residing on a total land area of 1.8 hectares along the TB Simatupang corridor in South Jakarta.
