PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP), East Jakarta plans to develop the Pulogadung Industrial Estate in to seven business zones comprising media, green, cultural, digital (business), halal, logistics and social. Previously, the 500 hectares of land area was planned to be an ordinary industrial estate but in the remaster plan 2019-2023 concept, the project will integrate the industrial estate with 94 hectares of open green area.
