PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., held the groundbreaking ceremony of Cleon Park Apartment, its first apartment project in Jakarta Garden City (JGC) Township. The sales of the 310-unit apartment has reached 80% with prices starting from Rp500 million to Rp1.4 billion. The project’s handover is targeted in 2023.
