This year, PT Intiland Development Tbk. (Intiland) will focus on marketing its office spaces in Surabaya, East Java. It is targeting end-users as the market demand has shown a positive trend in early 2021. Currently, Intiland’s portfolio includes Intiland Tower and Praxis in the city center and Spazio Tower in West Surabaya. Currently, office units in Spazio Tower have been 70% sold since the launching with most of them already handed over to the buyers.
