PT Intiland Development Tbk. (Intiland) successfully marketed most of its SOHO units in its latest development named Tierra in Surabaya. Tierra SOHO Surabaya was launched in April 2021 as a commercial project on a total land area of one hectare. It is the first phase of the integrated project Tierra, a mixed-use high rise development in West Surabaya, residing on a total land area of 7.5 hectares in the Segi Delapan, West Surabaya. Currently, it has sold 69 units or 90% of the total 76 available units.
