Industropolis Batang Special Economic Zone Secures 51 Investment Commitments

Industropolis Batang Special Economic Zone (KEK) successfully established its position as the main destination of Indonesia’s Foreign Direct Investment by securing 51 investment commitment from investors. This KEK, which was developed by adopting the sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation principles, integrates three main activities, namely industry and processing, logistics and distribution, and tourism. With an ambitious albeit realistic land take-up target of 100 hectares per year, the pricing available for the public starts from approximately Rp1.5 million per square meters for long-term lease.
