Indonesia's Foreign Exchange Reserve Hits Record High

The Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) recorded that foreign exchange reserve of Indonesia was at US$137 billion as of the end of August 2020 or increasing by US$1.9 billion as compared to the month of July at US135.1 billion. The August level was recorded as the highest in history, equivalent to 9.4 months of imports or 9 months of imports and foreign debt payments.
