The International Monetary Fund (IMF) ranked Indonesia in the seventh largest economy with GDP at US$4.98 trillion. The GDP is based on the Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). The first position was filled by China with GDP at US$39.44 trillion. Based on IMF World Economic Outlook (WEO), Indonesia’s economy is projected to grow by 5.1% in 2025, but will stagnate in 2026 at 5.1%.
