IKN Toll Roads Opens for Free from December 20, 2025 to January 2026

To facilitate the public during the Christmas and 2026 New Year holidays, the IKN Toll Road will be functionally operated for free starting from 20 December 2025, 06.00 WITA. This strategic effort is not only to provide access, but also to test the readiness of IKN’s infrastructure and to provide faster and efficient lanes from East Kalimantan to South Kalimantan. IKN’s two lanes will be available to accommodate the traffic from Balikpapan through Manggar Toll Gate and from IKN/Nusantara International Airport.
