PT Island Concepts Indonesia Tbk (ICON) aims to obtain Rp254.62 billion of revenue from the sales of its condotel in Bali. Currently, ICON has sold 35% of the total units and to sell the remaining 102 units from Tower A (74 units) and Tower B (28 units). It will adopt a bulk sales strategy.
