PT Hutama Karya (Persero) continued the construction of Aspena Residence Apartment at Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma, Subdistrict of Kebon besar, District of Batu Ceper, Tangerang City. The project building area is 35,070.22 square meters with 12 structural stories and two basements with the total of 748 units, comprising 319 units of one-bedroom type and 429 units of studio type. The progress of the Rp173.90 billion project has reached 32.12% and it is estimated to be completed on schedule by adhering to strict health protocols.
