PT Hong Kong Kingland conducted the Upper Structure Construction Ceremony for The Fritz tower in Serpong, South Tangerang with project completion estimated in 2023. Kingland Avenue appointed PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. as the main contractor for the construction of The Fritz which comprises 700 units with types of Superior, Deluxe, Premium, Suite and Grand Suite. Currently, the sales of The Fritz has reached 60% at prices starting from Rp400 million per unit.
