Following the plans for shopping centers or malls to operate starting 5 July 2020 in DKI Jakarta and the preparation for the new normal, the shares of property companies who own malls have improved, including PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) with 4,31% growth to Rp436, PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) with 2.8% growth to Rp2,200, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) 6.47% growth to Rp362, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) with 7.14% growth to Rp525 and PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) with 4.9% growth to Rp150.
