The Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN)/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) believes that green economy will be the essential game changer in the economic growth transformation to escape the middle income trap. Thus, the government decided that low carbon development as one of the national priorities in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN).
