The government plans to amend several regulations for the building construction permit which comprise regulations on the administration, building planning, zonation, building intensity and building architecture. These amendments are contained in the Cipta Kerja Regulation Draft (RUU) which has been submitted to the House of Representative (DPR) on Wednesday (26 February). The Draft refers to Regulation (UU) Number 28 Year 2002.
