The government plans to establish an Investment Management Institution (LPI) or Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) as included in the Cipta Kerja Ombibus Law Regulation (RUU) to attract investments in Indonesia. For its independency, there will be supervisory and director boards, comprising five members from the Ministry of Finance, State Owned Enterprises Minister and three professionals who will be headed by the Minister of Finance.
