PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk (Gapuraprima) postponed the plan to develop The Crown Apartment project in West Jakarta due to Covid-19. Previously, Gapuraprima planned to develop the apartment project through its subsidiary, PT Mandiri Bangun Konstruksi on 2.2 hectares of land area with mixed- use concept and opt to focus on developing landed houses projects. Currently, Gapuraprima is developing Bukit Cimanggu City, a landed house project in Bogor with 6,890 houses already constructed.
