PT Perdana Gapuraprima Tbk.,  (Gapuraprima) aims for a 5% growth and more than Rp500 billion in marketing sales in 2021 by focusing on the handover of two apartment projects in Jakarta. The handover is for units in Belleveu MT Haryono Jakarta Apartment which has been 60% sold and Baileys Apartment in Ciputat, South Jakarta which is the handover of the first tower of 60 units.
