Gapura Prima Group has officially launched its newest residential development, Botanica Cibubur along the Cibubur corridor on a total land area of 8.5 hectares by adopting the architectural design of Tropical Classic and Modern American classic at prices starting from Rp500 million per unit. Botanica Cibubur will comprise three clusters, namely Brooklyn (first phase), Chelsea (second phase), and Dalton (third phase). For the first phase, Brooklyn will comprise landed house types including Daisy (6x12), Freesia (6x12), and Florentine (7x12).
