As of September 2020, PT Puradelta Lestari (DMAS) recorded a marketing sales at Rp1.38 trillion or 69% of this year’s target. Industrial estate sales contributed the most by selling a total land area of 67.7 hectares. DMAS also recorded Rp252.59 billion and Rp78.93 billion in revenue and net profit, respectively in the first semester of 2020. Meanwhile, PT Surya Semesta Internusa recorded Rp56 billion in marketing sales from 2.9 hectares of industrial land, reaching Rp39.9 billion in revenue or 2.72% from the targeted Rp1.46 billion of industrial estate segment.
