A subsidiary of PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk, PT Kalibata Inovasi Maju establishes a partnership with PT Java Teakfurn to develop the Apple3 Condovilla, inaugurated with the groundbreaking at Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. The project has six 4-storey towers with the total units of 530. The project investment is approximately Rp300 billion with an expected hand over period in 2023. The offering prices start from Rp600 million to Rp1 billion per unit.
