Several projects of PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk (DADA) was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, its middle to low rise apartment project named Apple Residence continues its marketing activities. Affected by the physical distancing policy and the delay in installment payments by the consumers has resulted in a 24 percent decline in revenue and a 27 percent decline in net profit in the first semester of 2020 as compared to last year.
