PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) recorded Rp5 trillion in marketing sales in 2020 or 18.03% lower than its achievement in 2019 at Rp6.1 trillion. However, the 2020 achievement was 4.5% higher than the target. Meanwhile, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (SMRA) recorded Rp3.3 trillion in marketing sales in 2020, higher than the revised target of Rp2.5 trillion. These achievements were supported by the low interest rate period and the government support of the mortgage (KPR) included for the National Economy Recovery (PEN) program.
