PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) recorded Rp1.15 trillion net profit in 2019 or decreased by 2.36% from in 2018 when it was recorded at Rp1.18 trillion. Last year, CTRA spent Rp581.91 billion in capital expenditure or 65.65% less than in the previous period. This year, CTRA allocates Rp1.5 trillion of capital expenditure for land acquisition and project funding.
