Next year, PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) will develop new residential projects in Medan and Surabaya by collaborating with PT Perkebunan Nusantara II (PTPN II). There will be two projects in Medan on 7 hectares and 35 hectares of land areas, respectively, while the project in Surabaya will reside on 200 hectares of land area. Currently, CTRA owns 4,304 land banks and will consistently acquire new land banks.
