Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and logistic specialist real estate company, LOGOS announced the establishment of a new modern logistics facility in the Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia with the investment of US$200 million. This joint venture will develop a portfolio of facilities aiming for third party logistics, data centers and industrial tenants.
