Citraland Cibubur launched its latest cluster this year, Monterrey Cluster, a landed housing with the concept of Smart Living after the success its New Areca cluster in 2020. Monterrey Clusters comprises 302 house units with three types ready to market in early February 2021. The project resides on a total land area of seven hectares and it adopts the concept of trendy and stylish at affordable prices below Rp1 billion.
