Ciputra Development Offers Lacewood Cluster in The Forestine CitraGarden City

PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) aims to sell 400 units in Lacewood cluster, in The Forestine Residnetial, CitraGarden City, West Jakarta in 2026, following the sold out of Cedarwood Cluster. The units are offered starting from Rp1.8 billion per unit and adopt the concept which combine  green spaces and lifestyle facilities with its main facility, The Everwood Artpark residing on a total land area of 3.6 hectares, comprising clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, and electric vehicle charging station.
