PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA) allocated its capital expenditure within the Rp1.5 trillion to Rp2 trillion range for 2025. Currently, the capital expenditure realization has reached Rp300 billion. Most of the capex was allocated for land bank acquisitions, including the land acquisition in Sentul which covers one third of the total land acquisition planned for this  year. The remaining capex will be allocated for the development of a new mall in Makassar and a hospital.
