Ciputra Group aims to sell property in its integrated project CitraLand BSB City in Semarang this year to grow higher than 50% after in 2019 recording 200% market growth which was dominated by the Rp600 million to Rp23 billion price segment. The CitraLand BSB City Development started in 2013 on 1,000 hectares of land area and it integrated the functions of residential, commercial and other self-sustained city facilities.
