PT Ciptadana Asset Management plans to delist the DIRE Ciptadana Properti Perhotelan Padjajaran (XCIS) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during the General Meeting of Shareholders for the DIRE Ciptadana Properti Perhotelan Padjajaran. The DIRE of Ciptadana Properti Padjajaran owns assets of Salak Padjajaran Hotel in Bogor, West Java which business activities had been severely hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
