PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk claimed that the sales of its latest cluster, Cendana Homes in the Lippo Village main area were successfully sold by 2.5 times oversubscribed from the total 324 units of landed houses with offering prices starting from Rp568 million. More than half of the bids are dominated by single millennials as end-users.
