PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) allocates between Rp2 trillion and 2.5 trillion for its capital expenditure this year from the initial Rp4.5 trillion to adjust their expansion plan amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. During the physical distancing, BSDE eased the lease payment to maintain its business sustainability. BSDE also plan to revise its marketing sales target this year due to the pandemic. Until the first quarter of 2020, BSDE recorded Rp1.8 trillion in marketing sales or 25% from the targeted Rp7.2 trillion this year.
