Toll Road Management Agency of PUPR Ministry aims to construct 2,500 km toll roads until 2024 by relying on technology to sustain its toll road investment. The construction of the toll roads will be done in four stages. The first stage is the initiation of toll road business transformation in the 1987 to 2005 period. The second stage is the consolidation stage, followed by the acceleration stage and lastly, the 4.0 era stage.
