BI: Residential Property Prices Slow Down

The price growth of residential properties in the second quarter of 2020 has slowed down. The Residential Property Price Index Survey from the Central Bank of Indonesia indicated a deceleration in the price growth. The condition was reflected in the second quarter of 2020 Residential Property Prices Index (IHPR) at 1.59% (yoy) from 1.68% (yoy) in the previous quarter.
