PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk. (Befa) is optimistic to sell approximately 10-15 hectares of industrial land in 2020. Befa projects its performance to be moderate in 2020 and it revises the sales target with the average prices of Rp2.6 million-Rp3.2 million per square meter. In 2019, Befa recorded Rp963 billion revenue with the largest contribution from the land sales of Rp796 billion with a net profit recorded at Rp380 billion.
