PT Bakrieland Development Tbk. plans to develop a mixed-use property, Rasuna Park with foreign strategic partners. The TOD development requires a total investment of Rp7 trillion. The joint venture project between Bakrieland and the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta will include foreign investors and it is expected to start by the end of 2021 or early 2022. The first stage development will comprise an apartment, a sport facility, a university and a lifestyle mall with the total development area of 9.5 hectares.
