PT Menara Astra (Astra Property), a subsidiary of Astra Group, will accelerate Arumaya, a luxury apartment project, in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta in collaboration with Hong Kong Land for the topping off ceremony in 2021. The Arumaya project resides on a total land area of 2.6 hectares, comprising 262 total units. In October, Astra Property will also launch the Sentarung Cluster in Asya luxury residential, following Semayang and Matana Clusters which have been 99% and 80% sold, respectively.
