PT Astra Modern Land has been handing over the units of Semayang Cluster, a part of Asya project which is an integrated residential area in Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta since February 2019. Currently, the progress of the construction has reached 90% on 70 hectares of land area. The development value of the 15-year project is estimated to reach Rp20 trillion.
