PT Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) reported that Covid-19 pandemic significantly lowered its average daily traffic in its malls. The average daily traffic in Neo Soho declined from 25,000 in 1H-2019 to 16,000 in 2H-2020. The Senayan City Mall recorded a decline from 52,000 in 1H-2019 to 23,000 in 2H-2020. The Emporium Pluit, Kuningan City, Festival City Link and Baywalk recorded at 20,000, 32,000, 123,000 and 17,000, respectively. However, the year to date performance of all of its shopping centers was stable.
