Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP) obtained liquid funding from the issuance of ADCP Series III Bonds 2023 at a total of Rp499.9 billion on 8th December 2023. The bonds are guaranteed by the Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility (CGIF), a representative funding agency  of the Asian Development Bank (AND). The fund will be allocated to accelerate the completion of ADCP’s projects including LRT City Tebet and LRT City Cibubur.
